Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Huntsville, Alabama is looking for motivated Distribution Center Associates. This role is fundamental to our **logistics** network, ensuring that our products are handled with care and processed efficiently. You will perform a wide range of tasks supporting the flow of inventory, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. We emphasize a strong commitment to **safety**, requiring all team members to follow established protocols and use appropriate **PPE**. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound **logistics**.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained, always prioritizing **safety**.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines and wear designated **PPE**.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of products, up to 50 lbs.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Support team members in achieving operational targets.
- Contribute to a culture that values **safety** and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor, including **Lifting**.
- Knowledge of **safety** procedures and **PPE**.
- Understanding of **logistics** concepts is beneficial.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a **safety**-conscious workplace.
