Our Tampa, Florida facility is looking for a diligent Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods. This multifaceted role is crucial to our logistics operations, encompassing a broad range of responsibilities. You will be tasked with receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, and stocking items, as well as accurately picking, packing, and preparing outgoing orders for shipment. Maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment is paramount, and adherence to all Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE is expected. This position requires significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. A strong understanding of logistics principles and warehouse best practices is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
