We are seeking dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our growing logistics team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
