Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
- Transport materials to and from storage areas using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
- Accurately stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any damaged, defective, or missing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all Safety procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow all company policies and operational guidelines.
- Assist with order fulfillment as needed.
- Consistent and proper use of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions precisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to wear and utilize necessary PPE.
- Basic knowledge of logistics principles is a plus.
