We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is integral to our overall logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately from arrival to departure. Your duties will encompass a broad range of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We seek a motivated individual who can work effectively in a busy environment, pay close attention to detail, and maintain a high level of productivity. Safety is our utmost concern; all employees are required to follow safety procedures diligently and wear appropriate PPE at all times. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle items of various weights through regular lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipping.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Load and unload items from delivery trucks.
- Inspect products for damages and report any issues.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stocktaking.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to safety standards and using PPE.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Understanding of basic logistics principles and a commitment to workplace safety, including the correct use of PPE.
