We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Boise, Idaho. This role is crucial to our daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will also be involved in organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Attention to detail is paramount to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We prioritize the safety of our employees and expect all associates to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to operate warehouse equipment is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a leading logistics company. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders.
- Packing items securely for shipment.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Participating in inventory counts.
- Communicating with supervisors and team members regarding order status and potential issues.
