Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Load and unload trucks, utilizing appropriate material handling equipment when necessary.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and work areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with Shipping and Receiving duties as assigned.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental goals related to logistics and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Must wear required PPE as instructed.
