We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our Houston, Texas facility. As a vital member of our **Logistics** team, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our distribution center. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. A dedication to **Safety**, efficiency, and accuracy is essential. You will be an integral part of ensuring our products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stocking merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment using order lists and scanners.
- Packing products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and trailers.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and **Safety**-conscious work environment.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- **Lifting** and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Utilizing **PPE** as mandated by **Safety** regulations.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess good communication skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse or **Logistics** experience is a plus, but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
