We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the seamless flow of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and sort incoming shipments.
- Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Store materials and products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including significant lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
