Become an integral part of our operations as an Order Picker in sunny Miami, Florida. We are searching for diligent individuals who can accurately and efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role requires focus, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics setting. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy contributing to a smooth order fulfillment process, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated shelf locations.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order tickets.
- Use handheld scanners or other equipment to track picks.
- Ensure picked items are packaged securely for transit.
- Report any discrepancies or stock issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with stock rotation and replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to read and understand picking lists and product information.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and occasional Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player mentality.
