Join our state-of-the-art distribution center in San Jose, California, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our dynamic logistics operations. In this comprehensive role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your commitment to Safety and efficiency will directly impact our ability to serve our customers. You will work with a team dedicated to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. This position requires adherence to strict Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves considerable physical exertion, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the logistics field, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment as required (training available).
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all mandated PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and stand for prolonged periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
