Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using an RF scanner or pick sheet.
- Pack products securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order details against packed items to ensure accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound transit.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards for picking and packing.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals in our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or general warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret product information and order details.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Must be capable of performing frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
