We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah. This critical role will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all safety protocols. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving productivity and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, conducting performance reviews, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Experience with inventory control and order fulfillment processes is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to challenges, and the ability to motivate and guide a team. We expect all team members to prioritize Safety and wear appropriate PPE at all times. This role involves significant Lifting and requires a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage and train warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control.

- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes.
