- Accurately pick customer order items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order slips to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare packages for shipment by labeling and staging them correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, such as stocking or assisting with inventory.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics network.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
