Join our growing logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts as a Warehouse Associate! This is a critical role responsible for the efficient and safe handling of goods within our distribution center. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to order picking and shipping. We are looking for dependable individuals who are committed to maintaining a high level of productivity and adhering to stringent Safety standards. Your contribution will be vital to our overall Logistics success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision, ensuring accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Ensure all PPE is worn correctly and consistently throughout the shift.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks for outbound shipments.
- Follow all guidelines related to material handling and Logistics best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including constant standing, walking, bending, and regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics procedures.
- Excellent adherence to Safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be able to wear required PPE , such as safety shoes and vests.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
