Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in San Antonio, Texas! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our fast-paced logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and sort incoming goods.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with care and precision.
- Transport materials to and from storage areas using appropriate equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Adhere to all mandated PPE requirements, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
