We are looking for motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our thriving logistics center in Tampa, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to meeting daily targets. You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where safety and quality are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and gather items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order details to confirm accuracy of picked and packed items.
- Label shipments correctly for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Assist with inventory management tasks including cycle counting.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting and moving of products, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order information and product labels.
- Experience with RF scanning technology is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Good team player with effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards.
