We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and preparing items for shipment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively and that customer orders are fulfilled with speed and precision. Safety is paramount in our facility, and all associates must strictly follow established Safety protocols and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves a physically active role, requiring regular standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of packages and products, which can weigh up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to specifications.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety rules and regulations.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform frequent Lifting of items and materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and frequent Lifting.
- Willingness to follow Safety procedures and wear PPE.
