Join our exciting team as a Fulfillment Associate in Orlando, Florida! We're looking for energetic individuals to support our warehouse operations and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You'll be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. A strong commitment to Safety is essential, and you must adhere to all company guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will be trained on various warehouse equipment and systems. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear mandatory PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Handle frequent Lifting and movement of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, and frequent Lifting.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations and wear PPE.
