We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers for our facility in Detroit, Michigan. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution processes. You will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and loading/unloading trucks. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and containers.
- Operate manual material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
- Familiarity with basic logistics operations is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
