Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in San Diego, California! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment. This role is crucial to our logistics operations and requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for locating items from warehouse shelves, scanning them, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using an RF scanner.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to perform moderate lifting, up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Must adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
