We're looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our expanding team in Huntsville, Alabama! In this versatile role, you'll contribute to the seamless operation of our distribution center, performing a variety of tasks essential to our logistics. Responsibilities may include receiving and inspecting goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. We emphasize a culture of safety and efficiency, and we seek individuals who share this commitment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are key. You will be provided with training on safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices. This is a great opportunity to grow within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required and trained.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Follow all lifting guidelines and report any potential hazards.
- Assist with inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
- Must be able to perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
