Branch Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated person to manage our Tampa branch of LaborMax Staffing. We are one of the top staffing companies in the US and there is so much room for growth in this role!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and monitor branch Sales/Marketing activities to best ensure established goals and profit margins are met or exceeded.
• Manage and provide direction to branch staff
• Conduct/Lead branch outside sales, and marketing to ensure goals are met or exceeded,
• Dispatch best fit candidates to clients
• Monitor and implement safety issues
• Prepare and submit required reports and financial information as required.
• Any other responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous Staffing Industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Staffing Industry
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
