JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead project teams in executing assigned projects that support the digital capability objectives of our business unit. This role focuses on delivering value efficiently and incrementally. Project Planning and Execution (20%):
Oversee the planning and execution of small to medium-sized projects to achieve intended outcomes. Collaborate on evolving ideas and discover new requirements to maximize return on investments. Risk Management and Communication (15%):
Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to management and stakeholders across projects. Performance Evaluation (10%):
Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals. Schedule and Financial Monitoring (15%):
Monitor and control the schedule and financial health of projects, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Resource Management (10%):
Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful project completion. Vendor Management (10%):
Manage one to two vendors providing services to projects, ensuring they meet execution milestones. Stakeholder Engagement (10%):
Prepare project status reports and documentation to keep sponsors informed of progress and potential risks. Project Management and Governance (10%):
Co-lead the setup of project management and governance structures in collaboration with IT Business Partners and Digital Capability Managers.
