  • In June 2024 Sculpted by Aimee was ranked the number one mass cosmetics beauty brand in Boots Ireland’s self‑selection category.

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee is looking for a full‑time Senior CRM Manager to join the growing Marketing team. This role can be based in Dublin, Ireland or the UK.


In this role you will work closely with our Marketing Director to strategise, create, and execute engaging CRM initiatives for our scaling business. We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven CRM Manager to own and elevate our customer lifecycle across all touchpoints. In this role, you’ll use insight, creativity, and innovation to grow customer loyalty, increase retention, and drive lifetime value in a competitive beauty market. You’ll manage our CRM platforms, develop segmented communications, deliver key initiatives, and champion a truly customer‑centric approach across the business.


Accountabilities Include
CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and execute the end‑to‑end CRM strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Design and optimise the customer journey (welcome, nurture, loyalty, replenishment, win‑back, etc.).
  • Translate business goals into actionable CRM plans aligned with brand and commercial targets.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, build, and deploy personalised, multi‑step campaigns across email, SMS, app, and other owned channels.
  • Ensure all CRM communications are on‑brand, compliant, and aligned with product launches and marketing calendars.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimise content, creative, offers, and timing.

Segmentation & Personalisation

  • Build smart customer segments using behavioural, demographic, transactional, and predictive data.
  • Work with data teams to refine models such as churn prediction, propensity to purchase, and product affinity.
  • Drive deeper personalisation to enhance engagement and overall customer experience.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Analyse CRM performance, customer behaviour, cohort performance, and channel effectiveness.
  • Own CRM dashboards and KPIs, turning insights into actions and recommendations.
  • Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations.

Technology & Tools

  • Manage the CRM platform (Klaviyo) and Loyalty Platform.
  • Work with tech partners to improve data flows, automation, and integrations across systems.
  • Ensure CRM tools are fully optimised to support business growth.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, E‑commerce, Creative, Retail, Product, and Customer Service teams.
  • Support launch campaigns with targeted CRM plans that enhance conversions and repeat purchase.
  • Help develop loyalty programs and membership strategies to strengthen brand advocacy.
  • Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally.
  • Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.

Key Stakeholders

  • CRM Team including in‑house designers, E‑commerce Team, POS Team, Customer Service, Commercial and Marketing.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and loyalty platforms (Klaviyo, Loyalty Lion).
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and experience using tools like GA4 and Triple Whale, PowerBI or similar.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with passion for customer experience and beauty.
  • Understanding of ecommerce platforms i.e. Shopify or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail with a blend of creativity and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in copy, proof‑reading and managing customer data.
  • Well‑organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm, and ability to work well in a team.
  • The ability to create an engaging and creative copy.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential for this position.
  • Experience of analysing metrics and data to guide decisions and make recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience (5 years) in a CRM & loyalty ideally within beauty, fashion, wellness, or retail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in loyalty programmes and leading communication strategies to encourage LTV.
  • Experience using Klaviyo would be beneficial but not essential. Use of similar tools would be essential.
  • Previous experience in beauty / cosmetics brand or retail related business is desired.
