They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Spring to join their team on a 12-month contract. There is potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

1. Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software applications using Java and Spring.
2. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration.
3. Full-Stack Development: Contribute across all layers of the software stack, ensuring seamless integration.
4. System Optimization: Diagnose and improve system performance and scalability.

1. Extensive Experience: 5+ years in software development focusing on Java and Spring.
2. Java Expertise: Deep knowledge of Java, including object-oriented design and performance optimization.
3. Spring Framework: Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
4. Database Proficiency: Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, including SQL optimization.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills for robust software solutions.
6. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
7. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
