We are working with a leading Irish software organisation delivering ERP solutions to the food production and distribution sector across Ireland and the UK. They are looking for a proactive ERP Application Support Specialist to join their growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide ERP application support and troubleshoot user issues
- Manage tickets, workflows, and SLAs via service tools
- Deliver user training, documentation, and UAT support
- Investigate issues using SQL and support continuous improvement
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance support processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP B1, Sage, Dynamics or similar)
- Strong SQL and problem-solving skills xcfaprz
- Background in Business Information Systems or related field
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
