We're hiring a customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join a high-performing enterprise support team working across user experience, technical service management and employee experience environments.
You'll be handling complex cases for high-touch, demanding customers - so strong communication skills and technical confidence are essential.
The Offer- Annual Salary up to €49,000 doe
- 11-month PAYE contract - Paid weekly via Principle HR
- Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days onsite in Dublin City
- Strong customer handling experience (enterprise or high-touch clients preferred)
- Experience working in ITSM / ITIL / CMDB environments
- Database experience - MySQL preferred
- Experience using debugging or log analysis tools (e.g. Splunk or similar)
- Practical exposure to AI tools, automation, chatbots, AI search, or workflow optimisation
- We're not looking for an AI expert - just someone curious and comfortable working in modern, AI-enhanced environments. xcfaprz
- Exposure to mobile application support
- Any experience with enterprise workflow platforms
