The Engineering Manager will lead multiple software and cloud infrastructure teams, with ownership across delivery, people management, and technical direction. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who has progressed from a senior engineering background and enjoys balancing people leadership with technical oversight. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure engineering execution aligns with business priorities, while building high‑performing, engaged teams.

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers, QA, and cloud infrastructure teams
  
• Own delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality and predictability
  
• Guide architectural decisions and promote best practices across coding, testing, and design
  
• Partner with product and senior leadership to shape roadmaps and prioritisation
  
• Drive Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement
  
• Oversee Azure cloud environments, focusing on availability, security, scalability, and cost optimisation
  
• Act as a senior technical voice, translating business goals into engineering execution
  

• 
  
• Strong xcfaprz background in software development (C# / .NET) with web technologies (ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  
• Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server or similar databases
  
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, or Software Engineering Manager
  
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and hiring
  
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and infrastructure management
  
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated environments is a plus
