Senior Web Designer

Location: Dublin-based (1 day in office per week)

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Senior Web Designer (UX/UI) to play a key role in delivering high‑quality digital experiences and driving performance across web and digital products.

This is a delivery‑focused role, suited to someone who enjoys owning design solutions end‑to‑end across mobile, tablet, and desktop. You’ll be confident shaping solutions, making design decisions, and producing polished work — including the thoughtful use of animation and interaction to enhance user experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing intuitive, visually compelling UX/UI solutions for websites and digital products
  
• Creating responsive designs optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop
  
• Designing and prototyping micro‑interactions, transitions, and animations
  
• Driving AI adoption to improve efficiency and delivery across the design process
  
• Translating briefs and requirements into clear, well‑reasoned design solutionsProducing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
  
• Designing, maintaining, and evolving UI components and design systems
  
• Collaborating closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and animations
  
• Supporting website builds, redesigns, and ongoing optimisation initiatives
  
• Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints
  
• Maintaining high standards of design quality, usability, and consistency
  
• Iterating designs based on feedback, performance data, and user behaviour insights
  

• 
  
• Strong experience with Figma (including prototyping and interaction design)
  
• Experience working with Framer
  
• Experience designing for WordPress websites
  
• Experience using AI‑powered design tools as part of the design workflow (specific tools flexible)
  
• Exposure to or working knowledge of React environments
