• Lead daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers on-site.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and Health & Safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
• Coordinate site meetings with clients, engineers, and design teams.
• Oversee quality control and maintain company standards on site.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Construction Supervisor, ideally with a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR and modern construction methods.
• Comfortable using IT Tools and construction management platforms.
• Ability to manage subcontractor packages effectively.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
