Arcadis|DPS Group provides full EPCMV (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, and Validation) services for clients primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and advanced technology industry sectors.


Working in our Process Department

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support client needs in architectural, process, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, commissioning, validation, and construction management services. You will develop your capability in process design by contributing to active projects and participating in regular training, covering technical and personal skills such as presentation, communication, and management.


Projects will cover key areas including sterile manufacturing, fill & finish, bulk API, oral solid dosage, chemical manufacturing, and microelectronics.


Day to day

  • Bring designs from concept development through detailed design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Prepare and update PFDs and P&IDs as part of process design development.
  • Generate specifications for process equipment, analyse vendor bids, and provide technical analyses to clients.
  • Contribute to cGMP and HAZOP design reviews.
  • Continually learn about different technologies to deliver the best advice to clients.
  • Use a range of software packages to develop process designs and analyse process problems.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self‑starter.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility for travel to client facilities in Ireland and abroad.
  • Projects may involve extended periods on client sites and in our design office.
