Reperio has partnered with a company seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the delivery, resilience, and compliance of IT infrastructure services. This role spans both on-premises and cloud environments, offering the opportunity to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

• Lead infrastructure operations and ensure high availability across systems
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Oversee Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, backups, and storage
• Ensure regulatory compliance through effective controls and documentation
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure within financial services or regulated industries
• Strong technical expertise in M365, backup solutions, networks, and storage
• Experience with vendor management and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
