Supply Chain Analysis & Performance

  • Analyze supply chain data related to warehousing, inventory, distribution, and productivity to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor performance across multiple sites
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve service level, cost efficiency, and operational excellence

Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Good Warehouse Practices in line with FMCG standards
  • Monitor warehouse compliance related to storage, handling, FIFO/FEFO, hygiene, safety, and documentation
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify gaps and implement corrective actions

Project Management & Productivity Improvement

  • Lead and support cross-site supply chain projects aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, quality, and commercial teams to drive sustainable improvements

Digitalization & Continuous Improvement

  • Support supply chain digital transformation initiatives (WMS, analytics tools, automation, reporting systems)
  • Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with digital solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business users and IT to ensure effective implementation and adoption

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field
  • min 5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics (FMCG experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Good Warehouse Practices
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis tools (Power Platform, or similar is a plus)
  • Exposure to WMS, ERP, or digital supply chain tools is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple sites
