*Responsibilities of the Customer Support Trainee:*
* Provide customers with your full attention and engagement to offer personalized solutions that meet their internet needs and concerns
* Promote and sell products and services that are higher speed and better for the customers needs to new and existing customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues, ensuring satisfaction with their new billing cycles
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity while interacting with customers
* Process any sales orders and transactions for customers that are interested in switching services
* Educate customers on the benefits of internet services and the future importance and impacts it can have
*Qualifications of the Customer Support Trainee:*
* Previous sales experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not required)
* Prior experience in a sales role is also a plus
* Communication skills to explain energy services and solutions to customers
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Positive attitude, team-oriented, and customer-focused
* Comfortable closing sales orders for customers
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
