To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Growth Operations Lead to help build and scale the systems behind our go-to-market engine.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, growth, data, and systems. You’ll design the infrastructure that powers our pipeline, automate GTM workflows, and generate insights that drive smarter decisions across the company. If you’ve embraced AI tools to work faster, automate workflows, and multiply your impact, this role is for you.
We recently raised $12M USD with participation from Sound Media Ventures, Amazon, Hanwha, and Two Small Fish, and are now focused on scaling our commercial efforts.
What You'll Do
Build the GTM Engine
- Own and optimize our CRM and revenue systems
- Design lead routing, opportunity tracking, and pipeline workflows
- Implement automation that improves how our team generates and manages deals
Turn Data Into Decisions
- Build dashboards and reporting across the full funnel
- Analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue drivers
- Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with leadership
Run Growth Experiments
- Test messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement improvements
- Turn growth experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks
Scale Our Infrastructure
- Evaluate and integrate new GTM tools and automation
- Document processes and workflows that enable the team to execute consistently
- Build systems that allow Haply to scale efficiently
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting, sales operations, business operations, or similar revenue-focused roles
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into structured insights
- Experience working with CRM systems
- A systems thinker who enjoys building scalable processes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Points
- Experience in robotics, AI, SaaS, or other deep-tech companies
- Experience with GTM automation tools or AI-driven workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise or technical sales environments
- PMP Certification
