SAP Integration Project Manager Greenfield S/4HANA Implementation

About the Role

Alteris Consulting is seeking a highly experienced SAP Integration Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end integration workstream for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation . This role requires advanced expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite , MuleSoft , Integration Hub (iHub) , SAP CALM , and complex enterprise integration programs.

You will define the integration strategy, drive solution design, coordinate multi‑vendor delivery teams, and ensure seamless integration between SAP and non‑SAP systems across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration workstream across all phases: architecture, design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare.
• Develop and maintain the integration architecture roadmap , covering SAP BTP, MuleSoft, iHub, and S/4HANA.
• Utilize SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for implementation governance, test management, monitoring, and deployment readiness.
• Oversee interface development across S/4HANA and external applications, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Manage onshore/offshore development teams and third‑party system integrators.
• Own interface catalog governance, API lifecycle management, and event‑driven integration patterns.
• Drive defect triage, performance testing, and cross‑functional integration alignment.
• Provide clear communication to executives, steering committees, and technical leads.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years in Integration project management within large‑scale SAP transformation initiatives.
• Proven leadership of integration workstreams within greenfield S/4HANA implementations .
• Deep hands‑on experience with:
• SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management)
• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Integration Hub (iHub)
• SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
• S/4 integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, Events, RFC, OData)
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and middleware best practices.
• Track record managing multi‑vendor delivery and offshore engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• SAP Activate certification
• Experience with SAP Master Data Integration (MDI)
• Integration experience in Azure/AWS environments
• Industry experience in Public Sector
