The opportunity

Our client is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to provide operational support across the firm’s HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday.

This is a junior level HRIS opportunity suited to someone with early Workday or HR systems experience who enjoys a mix of system support, configuration, issue resolution, testing, and process improvement. The role will support day to day Talent processes while also contributing to projects, release activity, and ongoing optimisation across the platform.


Duties

  • Contribute to the configuration and support of Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Recruitment, Performance, and Extend
  • Investigate and resolve end user issues across Talent related processes, escalating where needed
  • Perform daily administration of Talent business processes in partnership with HRIS and wider HR teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience through better use of Workday functionality and digital processes
  • Support Workday feature releases, roadmap activity, and assessment of future functionality
  • Contribute to HRIS projects across design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities
  • Support release testing, training coordination, and change adoption activities
  • Assist with the ongoing support of other HR technologies as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 3 years of HRIS experience, ideally with some configuration exposure
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Exposure to Workday Core HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Talent, Performance and or Extend would be beneficial
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and manage deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non technical users
  • Ability to work with sensitive HR data in a confidential and professional manner
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment


Benefits and compensation

  • Base salary of $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, region, and overall fit
