Our client is seeking a Regional Clinical Operations Manager to oversee multiple healthcare units across the Greater Vancouver Area. This is a fully remote leadership role with occasional travel to clinics in your territory.
This is an existing vacancy with immediate availability. The position offers a high level of independence while providing steady operational oversight to established clinical teams.
What You’ll Do
In this remote role, you will oversee several clinic locations throughout the Greater Vancouver Area . You will provide consistent operational direction while maintaining the autonomy to manage priorities, guide site leaders, and strengthen team performance.
You will act as a trusted partner to clinic managers, ensuring dependable service delivery, regulatory compliance, and consistent operational standards.
Responsibilities
• Provide remote operational oversight to multiple clinic locations
• Support site leaders in achieving service quality and operational efficiency goals
• Monitor performance metrics and implement structured improvement initiatives
• Manage regional budgets, supplies, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with provincial healthcare regulations and professional standards
• Review incident reports and oversee appropriate follow up actions
• Conduct periodic on site visits to maintain quality and team engagement
• Provide coaching, leadership development, and performance management support
• Collaborate with internal partners on recruitment and onboarding efforts
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and consistency across all locations
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
• Minimum five years of healthcare experience
• Minimum two years of experience in a leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance practices
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency with standard business and reporting tools
