About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead the conception and delivery of standout creative across social and video . This role is ideal for a senior creative leader who can balance creative ambition with commercial realities , and who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving agency environments.

You’ll be responsible for shaping strong creative ideas from brief through to delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and partnering closely with clients and internal leadership to deliver work that is both creatively ambitious and commercially sound .

This role suits someone who brings a truly creative spirit , strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to make thoughtful trade-offs between vision, scope, timelines, and budget. Candidates may come from an art or copy background , but must be fluent across channels and formats. We strongly encourage women to apply.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Lead creative direction across integrated campaigns, social-first work, and video content.
  • Must have their finger on the pulse of the latest trends and changes in social and video creative to guide the team and the work to best practices and outstanding execution.
  • Develop and champion strong conceptual ideas that translate across platforms and business needs.
  • Set a high bar for craft, storytelling, and originality while remaining mindful of scope and feasibility.
  • Guide creative work from early ideation through execution, balancing vision with delivery realities.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead creative teams across art, copy, design, and content.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that values both creative excellence and accountability.
  • Provide clear direction and prioritisation, helping teams focus on what matters most.
  • Support sustainable ways of working by balancing creative stretch with realistic expectations.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a senior creative partner to clients, building trust through strong thinking and clear communication.
  • Present ideas confidently, framing creative decisions in a way that connects to client goals and constraints.
  • Navigate feedback and revisions with diplomacy, protecting the idea while respecting commercial realities.
  • Partner closely with strategy, accounts, and production to align creative, scope, timelines, and budget.

Quality and Delivery

  • Ensure work is delivered to a consistently high standard, aligned with both creative vision and business objectives.
  • Make informed creative decisions when trade-offs are required, maintaining integrity without blocking progress.
  • Champion clarity, strong storytelling, and thoughtful execution across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader within an agency environment.
  • Strong experience leading work across social and video .
  • Highly developed conceptual thinking and idea origination skills.
  • Experience building, leading, and mentoring creative teams.
  • Confident client-facing presence with the ability to balance persuasion and pragmatism.
  • Background in art direction or copywriting .
  • Experience working with global teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
