Sales Operations Coordinator

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Operations Coordinator with a medical equipment manufacturer. This individual will coordinate the communications and operations between the leadership of the Canadian Sales team and the leadership of the Distribution Warehouse team.

Compensation:

Base: $110K CAD

5% bonus

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with Warehouse Supervisor and coordinates distribution operations to ensure efficient material movement of finished products to customers
• Works with Warehouse Supervisor on improving organization and utilization of finished goods warehouse and outside storage space.
• Work with and assist Warehouse Supervisor with Coordination with manufacturing sites
• Work with and assist Director of Commercial Sales- Canada and/or the Regional Sales Executives (Eastern, Central and Western regions) with sales forecasting, planning, etc.
• Help the sales team generate, grow, and foster sales relationships and connections.
• May work on special projects/assignments
• Optimize productivity by analyzing information and evaluating results
