As a Service Coordinator , you will:


  • Manage work order flow, including the creation, delegation and close out activities of work orders to create accurate invoices
  • Support Account Executives, Sr. Management, and Field Staff to develop and actively maintain customer satisfaction through frequent communication
  • Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures: change orders, as-built drawings, close out documents
  • Process incoming calls and redirect, forward and take messages as required
  • Dispatch and Schedule Field Staff
  • Coordinate equipment, material deliveries and sub trades as required
  • Collaborate with other business units within the organization on projects
  • Reconcile costs within a workorder management system


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum of two (2) year electrical/mechanical related experience; trade experience is an asset.
  • Related post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Dispatch experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and Excel; experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Experience reviewing and understanding mechanical/electrical construction drawings is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
