Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a Lead G2 HVAC Installer, located in Prince Edward County, ON. The responsibilities include conducting HVAC system installations, performing maintenance and repairs, managing preventive maintenance tasks, and diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues. The Lead G2 HVAC Installer will also oversee the work quality of team members and ensure customer satisfaction throughout every project.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
• At least 2 years experience in Maintenance, Repair and Installation of HVAC systems
• Proficiency in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction through effective and professional communication
• Must have a valid G2 certification
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members effectively
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to collaborate with suppliers
• Must have a valid driver's license
