Garry’s Trucking is looking for a reliable and motivated Trucking Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight, managing driver schedules, and ensuring efficient, on-time deliveries while maintaining excellent communication with drivers and customers.

• Dispatch and route drivers efficiently to meet delivery schedules
• Communicate with drivers regarding load details, routes, and any issues on the road
• Monitor driver progress using GPS and dispatch software
• Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and receivers
• Track loads and ensure accurate documentation
• Resolve delays, breakdowns, or route issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies

• Previous experience as a trucking dispatcher preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of trucking operations, routes, and logistics
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency with dispatch software and basic computer skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
