As a Service Representative , you will complete day-to-day transactions for members, uncover their service needs and life events, and connect with experts on the SASCU team. This position contributes to the delivery of the SASCU Member Experience by ensuring members are well looked after and receive prompt, professional, friendly, and accurate service.

What you’ll do:

• Assist members with day-to-day transactions and online banking needs, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Provide accurate, relevant information on SASCU’s products and services.
• Engage members in conversation to uncover opportunities for SASCU to assist them with reaching their goals.
• Connect members with the appropriate SASCU experts so that their needs are fully met.
• Undertake duties to maximize the member experience, such as routine administration and overseeing the member waiting area.
• Acknowledge and address member concerns and take appropriate action to resolve.
• Meet organizational goals by achieving sales and referral targets.
• Support branch activities to build the membership base and have a positive impact on the community.

What you’ll bring:

• 1 year of sales experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated sales skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development. Completion of CUIC 185: Credit Union Products & Services (university-level course) within 6 months is required.
• Access to reliable transportation and the ability to attend any SASCU branch.
