Monty's Locksmith, a leader in automotive security solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Locksmith Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of automotive locksmith technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage dispatch and automotive locksmith team, including scheduling, job allocation, shop closure.
  • Assign service calls, prioritize emergency lockout requests, and monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate locksmith staff on proper techniques for automotive key cutting, programming, diagnostics, and security procedures.
  • Ensure technicians follow workplace safety practices and company policies while performing locksmith services.
  • Consult with clients to assess their security needs and recommend appropriate, innovative solutions.
  • Oversee inventory of tools, keys, programmers, and subscriptions.
  • As needed, perform locksmithing services: cut and program automotive keys, diagnose and fix issues with vehicle locks, perform ECU cloning and adaptations, provide re-key services, provide emergency locksmith services, operate and maintain specialized locksmith tools and equipment.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive locksmith.
  • Completion of high school.
  • Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with electronic security systems is an asset.
  • Valid G class driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • No criminal background.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation :

  • $40.50 - $43.27 per hour, 40 Hours per week, plus Commission, Bonuses, and Tips.
  • Work vehicles and tools are provided and gasoline paid.
