About Us

Located in the heart of Old Windsor on St. Luke's Road, our stunning, purpose-built facility is easily accessible with excellent bus links and a spacious car park for your convenience.

  • Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (5 days)
  • Salary: £27,497.60 per annum
  • Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
  • Support the smooth running of the nursery and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
  • Maintain professional relationships and report any concerns to management in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
