Join our expanding team as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! We're looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their items promptly and correctly. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial for success. We are committed to your well-being, providing all necessary PPE and robust training to ensure your Safety . This position requires an active role in the warehouse, involving regular Lifting and movement. You will be a key member of our Logistics team, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are most important. We maintain a high standard of workplace Safety and expect all team members to adhere to our protocols. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order requirements.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and utilize provided PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Handle packages, which may involve Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily order targets.
- Contribute positively to the overall Logistics workflow.
