Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are seeking organized and efficient individuals to manage our order fulfillment process. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our inventory based on customer orders and carefully packing them for shipment. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order processing. We provide comprehensive training, all necessary PPE , and promote a strong culture of Safety . The position involves significant physical activity, including Lifting boxes and standing for extended periods. You will be an essential part of our Logistics operations, contributing to the smooth flow of goods. A good eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key. We are committed to maintaining a secure and healthy workplace, and adherence to all Safety protocols is paramount. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a growing Logistics and distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and wear assigned PPE .
- Assist with inventory control and stock counts as needed.
- Perform tasks involving Lifting and moving of various sized items.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics process.
