We are seeking energetic Order Pickers to join our **Logistics** team in Kansas City, Missouri. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in accurately fulfilling customer orders by retrieving products from our warehouse shelves. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify product information and quantities against order requirements.
- Pack picked items securely and safely for shipment.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant work area.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company **Logistics** and **Safety** policies.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Wear and properly use all required **PPE**, including **Safety** vests and gloves.
- Report any **Safety** hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capacity for **Lifting** up to 35 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of warehouse **Safety** procedures and **PPE** usage.
- Understanding of basic **Logistics** principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for **Safety** and productivity.
